Architecture History and Theory
Architectural History and Theory module proved to be a highly research-intensive and time-consuming yet remarkably stress-free experience. The module's independent learning setup provided me with the opportunity to delve deep into architectural history, refining my research skills and deepening my understanding.
Project 1 - Group Analysis Report
Students were organized into groups with the task of conducting research and performing architectural analysis on a chosen building from a designated set of structures.
We did a very good job with our project as a group with everyone contributing especially benefitting from valuable guidance provided by Ms. Bashira. It was very fun to work together especially for making the augmented reality for the structure.
Project 2- Sketching Analysis
This project employs a document analysis approach which includes the documentation, analysis, drawing, and breakdown of architectural structures and its history across different eras. It specifically focuses on analyzing architectural developments in five selected historical buildings spanning various epochs.
